The aim of purification is to eliminate waste and toxins which accumulate in the body, especially as a result of food and air pollution and medication. It also serves to eliminate products that are released during cell renewal. Purification is carried out by gently and prolonged but effective stimulation of the elimination organs (skin, lung, liver, kidneys, intestines), which channel the substances to be expelled and the excess fluids outwards.
Purification treatments, which have been practised for thousands of years in all civilisations, have in common the regular intake of plants and nutritional supplements for a reasonably long period.
