Essential amino-acids

If we break down the many muscle fibres that enable us to move and which we try to train and strengthen through daily exercise and at the gym, we can see that they are made up of proteins, whose building blocks are amino acids. Some of these are considered “essential”, due to the fact that they must be taken with food, as our bodies are unable to synthesise them.

Supplementing with these amino acids, in the right quantities, ensures the supply of the complete sequence for new protein synthesis, which is invaluable in promoting muscle nutrition and tone, without burdening kidney function.
